Who these terms are for

These terms apply when you order a website or related services from Viznetas, a digital creative studio based in Lithuania, or when you use the booking system on viznetas.com. Booking a call is free and commits you to nothing — a project only starts when we both confirm a written offer.

Packages & what's included

The Starter (€450), Growth (€800) and Custom packages include exactly what the pricing page lists at the time of your order. Anything outside the package (extra pages, extra features, extra languages) is agreed and priced in writing before we build it.

Payment

Fixed-price packages: 50% up front to reserve your slot, 50% on launch, once you've approved the result. Custom projects follow the payment schedule in their proposal. Invoices are payable within 14 days.

The care plan (€90/month)

• Covers ongoing content edits, small improvements, monitoring and backups.
• Hosting and one domain renewal are arranged, managed and paid by us out of the monthly fee while the plan is active.
• The plan runs for 12 months, billed monthly. After the term you choose whether to continue; if you don't, we hand over hosting and domain access so the site stays yours and online — further renewals then become your responsibility.

Revisions & approval

Each package includes the revision rounds listed on the pricing page. A revision round is a consolidated set of feedback on the presented work. You approve the final result before launch; approval starts the post-launch support window of your package.

Your content

You confirm you have the rights to any text, photos, logos and other material you give us to publish. We treat your business information as confidential.

Ownership

After the final payment, the website — design, code and content we created for you — belongs to you. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Cancellations

You can cancel a project at any time. If work has already started, the up-front payment is not returned — it covers the work underway. If we have to cancel for reasons on our side, you pay only for delivered work you keep.

Liability

We build carefully, but no website is guaranteed to produce a specific business result. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim concerns. We're not liable for outages of third parties (hosting providers, registrars, Google).

Law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. We'll always try to solve a disagreement with a conversation first; failing that, disputes go to the courts of Lithuania.
