What are the prices?

Three packages: Starter at €450 — one strong long page; Growth at €800 — a full multi-page site, usually up to around 7 pages; and Custom from €1000 for online shops and bigger systems, priced together on a call. Every number is on the pricing page, no hidden fees.

What does “one page” mean in the Starter package?

One page means one URL that scrolls — hero, about, services, testimonials and contacts as sections of a single long page, with a menu that glides to each one. It is not “one screen”. Separate URLs like /about or /services are separate pages — when you need several of those, that's Growth territory.

What does the €90/month care plan include?

It's a 12-month plan billed monthly. For the flat €90 we host the site and cover a standard domain, keep SSL, backups and security updates running, monitor uptime, fix technical issues, and make unlimited small edits — texts, photos, prices, contacts, opening hours. Small jobs are batched and shipped about every three working days. After the 12 months you choose whether to continue; if not, we hand everything over. Full redesigns, adding a shop or big new features are scoped separately.

How long does a website take?

Starter takes about 7–9 working days, Growth about 8–14 — counted from when we have your content and your feedback keeps pace. Custom timelines are set individually after we've scoped the project, before any money changes hands.

How do we start working together?

Book the free call — thirty minutes on Google Meet, directly with our director. You tell us about your business, we tell you exactly what we'd build, which package fits and when it can be live. If you like it, we start; if not, you lost thirty minutes.

How does the booking call work?

Pick a time on the booking page — it shows times in your timezone. You get a calendar invite with a Google Meet link by email. No preparation needed; knowing what your business does is enough.

Do you use templates or website builders?

No. Every site is designed from a blank page and hand-coded. That's the whole point of Viznetas — most websites look the same, and yours won't. No WordPress themes, no Wix, no page builders.

Who owns the website when it's done?

You do — fully, after the final payment. Design, code and content are yours. If you skip the care plan, we hand over the site and everything needed to run it, and hosting and the domain become yours to manage. Leaving the care plan never takes the site away from you.

Do I need to arrange hosting and a domain myself?

Not on the care plan — there we pick, pay for and manage hosting and a standard domain out of the monthly fee (an unusually expensive premium domain is priced separately). Without the plan, we hand everything over at launch and you run hosting and the domain yourself — we show you what to renew when.

Can you edit the site after it launches?

That's the care plan: €90/month covers unlimited small ongoing edits — just message us what changed, and batched jobs ship about every three working days. Not on the plan? We hand the site over at launch, and later changes become separately agreed work.

What do you need from me to start?

Thirty minutes of honesty about your business, plus whatever real material you have — logo, texts, photos, service list, prices. Missing text isn't a blocker: a normal amount of copywriting is included free, and only a very large volume of text adds €75. No photos? We can use suitable licensed stock as a fallback — though your real photos always win.

How many revisions do I get?

While the site is being built we keep making normal design and content corrections until you're happy with the result — that's true in every package. Once the site is approved and launched, further changes run through the care plan or as separately agreed work.

Will my website work on phones?

Yes — every build is responsive and tested on real phones, tablets and desktops. A big share of your visitors will be mobile, so the mobile experience is designed, not just shrunk.

Will people find my site on Google?

Every package includes the real technical foundation: page titles and meta descriptions, keyword research, speed and image optimization, and Google Search Console connected so indexing actually happens. What nobody can honestly promise is a #1 spot on Google — positions depend on many outside factors. We set the foundation right and aim for the best organic visibility.

Can you build an online shop?

Yes — that's the Custom package, from €1000: product catalog, cart, checkout, online payments (Stripe, PayPal and similar), delivery options, discount codes, customer accounts and order management. Tell us what you sell on the call and we'll scope it honestly.

Can you make my site in Lithuanian and English?

Yes. Starter includes one language, Growth up to two, and more than two languages becomes a Custom project. We're a Lithuanian studio working worldwide, so bilingual builds are home turf.

Do you also do logos and branding?

Yes. Every website build can include a simple professional logo, favicon and the basic web graphics it needs. A full identity — logo systems, voice and messaging, visual language, brand rules — is our separate branding service, scoped on its own.

How does payment work?

50% before work starts, 50% at the end — the finished site is handed over and launched once the final invoice is settled. If a started project is called off, the advance isn't returned. The care plan bills monthly across its 12-month term.

I already have a website. Can you redesign it?

Gladly — refreshing an existing site is €450 when the structure mostly stays: updated design, mobile version, speed, basic SEO, texts, forms, photos, technical fixes. If more than about half the site needs rebuilding, it's really a new project and we'll quote it as one.

What if something breaks after launch?

On the care plan we monitor the site, keep backups and fix technical issues — for critical problems on a working day we aim to react within the first hour. Simple content changes ship the next working day or with the current batch. Without the plan, the site is handed over in working order and later fixes are separately agreed work.

Do we meet in person or online?

Online by default — Google Meet, wherever you are in the world. We're based in Lithuania and serve clients globally, so timezones are a solved problem.
